We talk by video, phone or WhatsApp and arrange calls in advance. Thailand is 5 to 6 hours ahead of Central European Time. That has a practical advantage: when you get to the office in the morning, your changes from the day before are often already done.

Invoices are issued by the agency RBA-Asia in Bangkok, with the services clearly listed at the agreed fixed price. Because the service is supplied from outside the EU, no VAT is charged on the invoice. For business customers in the EU the reverse-charge mechanism applies: you account for the VAT yourself and can usually reclaim it as input tax at the same time. In practice this is cost-neutral for you, and your accountant will know the procedure. Payment is made by bank transfer in euros.

You receive a fixed price after the initial call. As a guide: a one-page website starts at around €1,000, a company website with several subpages usually costs between €1,800 and €3,500. Custom design or special features increase the effort accordingly.

Yes. You edit text, images and pages directly in the WordPress editor, without any code. I set up recurring elements as blocks so the layout stays intact after your changes. At the end there is a handover session by video.

A one-page website is usually online within two to three weeks, a company website within four to eight weeks. The biggest factor is how quickly texts and images are ready. We set the schedule together in the initial call.

For new websites I usually recommend Gutenberg with a lean theme. It loads fast, is future-proof and needs no page builder licence. If you already work with Elementor or Divi, I am happy to keep developing your website with it.

You do. You receive full access to WordPress, hosting and domain. Ideally hosting and domain are registered directly to your company, so you stay independent.

I remain your contact for changes and extensions. If you like, I take care of ongoing maintenance from €49 per month: updates for WordPress, theme and plugins, regular backups and uptime monitoring. Changes to content or features are billed separately based on time spent.

Clean semantics, keyboard navigation, sufficient contrast and respect for reduced motion are standard for me. Whether your website falls under the European Accessibility Act or national laws such as Germany’s BFSG, and what that means in practice, we clarify in the initial call.
