Do you only work on Koh Samui?
No, I work for businesses all over Thailand. The focus is on Koh Samui because I live here and we can meet in person. Outside the island we work by video call.
How does invoicing work?
Invoicing is handled officially through the agency RBA Asia in Bangkok.
Can I update the website myself?
Yes. You change texts, photos and prices in the WordPress editor. I show you how at the hand-over.
Which languages are possible?
Any language, also several at once. You or a translator provide the texts, and I set up each language version properly, including for Google.
Who owns the domain and the website?
You do. Domain, hosting and all accounts are registered in your name.
Where is my website hosted?
With a reliable provider, ideally with servers in Singapore, so the site loads fast in Thailand.
What does the care plan include?
Updates every two weeks, a daily backup and monitoring that reports if your site goes down. Content changes are billed separately.
